SENIOR AGENCY ACCOUNT MANAGER (REGIONAL)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Agency Account Manager to generate media sales from an alignment of regional agencies and their associated specialist agencies. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role will also be responsible for non-specialist aligned regional agency business. The role will require attending regular meetings with agencies and focus on proactive account management to create continuous awareness of all products to regional agencies and specialist agencies.
Our ideal candidate will have worked in a media sales role/environment and have an established a strong network of media contacts. We are looking for a superb communicator and presenter to generate new and existing business along with excellent commercial awareness and a self-starter attitude!
- Contributing to the achievement of team targets by growing existing accounts and generating new business
- Building and developing a network of regional agency and specialist contacts
- Regular structure of meetings with key decision makers in the regional media market
- Planning and trading regional agency media campaigns
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ideally 2-3 years Media agency sales experience (preferable)
- Established media network of contacts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Competent computer skills
- Team player
- Creative thinker
- Commercial awareness
- Well organised operator
